1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Optional Premium Features: The App may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features.
- Plans and Pricing: Subscription names, duration, pricing, and included features are shown in the App at the time of purchase. Available plans may include monthly and annual options.
- Payments: Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
- Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Trials and Offers: Free trials or introductory offers, if available, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in time.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple account settings and Apple’s systems and policies.
- Price Changes: If subscription pricing changes, the new price applies only as permitted by Apple, the App Store purchase flow, and applicable law.
3. User Responsibilities
- Device Security: You are responsible for the security of your own device and for keeping access to it secure.
- Appropriate Use: You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including design, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Andrii Riabinin and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The App presents quotes and statements attributed to historical and public figures. While we strive for accuracy, some quotes may be edited, paraphrased, or simplified to improve clarity, readability, or understanding.
